PLANNING UNDER PRIMAVERA P6 & RISK ANALYSIS

SKILLS IN PROJECTS CONTROLS, MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION

 

My Key Responsabilities and among others I  :

  • Provide from scratch with focus on the successful execution on time in accordance with their requirements, specification and standards using :

    • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules using appropriate planning tools.

    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and milestones.

    • Identify potential delays and provide solutions to mitigate schedule risks.

 

  • Perform the project’s COST ESTIMATION and MANAGEMENT with the PMT :

    • Develop detailed cost estimates for the project during the tendering phase.

    • Analyze project specifications and requirements to provide accurate and competitive pricing.

    • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.

 

  • Follow-up the project’s TENDER DOCUMENTATION :

    • Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring all financial and scheduling aspects are accurately represented.

    • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop bid strategies and optimize costs.

    • Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and industry standards.

 

  • Follow-up the STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT :

    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to gather necessary project information.

    • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure clarity on project scope and objectives.

    • Provide regular updates on cost and schedule status to project leadership and clients.

 

  • Perform the RISK MANAGEMENT using PRIMAVERA RISK ANALYSIS:

    • Identify and assess potential risks related to cost and scheduling during the tendering phase.

    • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

    • Monitor risk factors and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.

 

OIL & GAS SECTOR REFERENCES

 

   MOHO NORD Project / TOPSIDES TLP & FPU – ULSAN (South Korea)

Assist the TLP-FPU PCL Planner-Reporter with regard to the two contracts TLP & FPU and tightly liaise with the Construction Managers to:

  • Coordinate transverse construction activities for all yards with dedicated reporting to TLP-FPU management in the event of identified deficiencies or critical problems

  • Crosscheck internal and external construction interfaces, monitor key dates in order to meet project milestones

Assist the TLP-FPU management to identify any actual or future slippage or blocking points in work progress.

 

   OFFSHORE OFON 2 Project / TOPSIDES - ULSAN (South Korea)

  • Follow-up of the planning and reporting to the STR & PVV Lead;

  • Checking of the daily production schedule;

  • Ensure the successful completion of the modules’ construction operations in compliance with engineering documents, procedures, safety and environmental protection.

 

  FLUXYS VTN II Compressed gas project – Belgium

Construction Management within the context of the LNG reinforcement pipeline’s construction, management of the bypass and interruption stations erection.

 

  ONSHORE / OFFSHORE ANGUILLE REDEVELOPMENT PORT-GENTIL Gabon

Structure and PVV Supervisor within the context of the offshore ANGUILLE & TORPILLE electrification redevelopment and as part of the project team, directing all phases of structure and piping construction.

 

   YEMENI LNG Project BALHAF – Yemen

  • Follow-up of the planning and reporting to the Site Planning Manager.

  • Supervision for the preparation, prefabrication and erection of piping on site (GRP/SS/CS/LTCS);

  • Monitoring and checking of the material.

 

   SHELL REFINERY REICHSTETT - France

Supervision of the pipe working within the context of the “Unité 700” reconstruction after sinister.

 

   ROD LNG PROJECT (RHOUDE OULAT DJEMA) – (Sahara) Algeria

  • Supervision of the pipe working and follow through of the test packs.

  • Checking the works progress under the Site Manager’s representative authority.

 

   TOTAL REFINERY GRAND-PUITS - France

  • Supervision of revamping three “FIVES” boilers and high-pressure pipes;

  • Follow-up and coordination of the materials delivery;

  • Coordination of the subcontractors;

  • Checking the works progress in parallel with the Site Manager’s representative.

 

 

HEAVY INDUSTRY SECTOR REFERENCE

   ARCELORMITTAL Mardyck – France

Within the new site construction, site dedicated to the electrical steels production on 5 lines:

  • Initialize the framework, the baseliner EPCC planning;

  • Support to the development of project Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure;

  • Detail scheduling of project activities and support for the budget / forecast preparation;

  • Integrate detailed contractors’ schedules into the project schedule and identify critical path activities.

 

 

NUCLEAR SECTOR REFERENCE

   GE / EDF BELFOR - France

Within the new nuclear site’s construction (4 x BDM & 2  x BDR), also EPR2 (European Pressurised water Reactor 2) projects:

  • Take part to the framework and master EPCC planning initialization;

  • Take pat to the baseline planning initialization;

  • Support to the development of project Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure;

  • Detail scheduling of project activities and support for the budget / forecast preparation;

  • Integrate detailed contractors’ schedules into the project schedule and identify critical path activities.

 

 

LIFE SCIENCES & DATA CENTER SECTOR REFERENCES

 

   Projet X (Confidential agreement) Mons - Belgium

Within GBL3 & GBL4 Data Center Campus projects:

  • Initialize and provide BMS and Fire Alarm construction planning’s;

  • Handling weekly and monthly construction curves and analysis;

  • Critical Path Analysis, highlighting deviations & recommending corrective actions;

  • Managing Earn Value Curves.

 

   YPOSKESI B3 NEW SITE CONSTRUCTION CORBEIL-ESSONNES – France

Within SKY (SK Holdings & YPOSKESI) B3 pharmaceutical project:

  • Initialize the master EPCC& Q planning;

  • Support to the development of project Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure;

  • Detail scheduling of project activities and support for the budget / forecast preparation;

Integrate detailed contractors’ schedules into the project schedule and identify critical path activities

 

 

AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SECTOR REFERENCE

 

   SOSUCAM SUGAR REFINERY N’KOTENG - Cameroon

  • Follow through of the rehabilitation's works of the sugar refinery;

  • Checking of the installation drawings;

  • Follow-up and coordination of the materials order and delivery;

  • Follow-up of the manufacturing in workshops and blank assembly;

  • Follow-up of the packaging and dispatching.

 

 

WATER & RENEWABLE ENERGY SECTOR REFERENCES

 

   OFFSHORE WINDFARM PROJECT SAINT-NAZAIRE – France

  • Initialize and provide the Liner EPC L3 planning’s;

  • Initialize and provide the WPS EPC L3 planning’s

 

   WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT; RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY - Qatar

Supervision of the Waste Water Treatment Plant construction within the Ras Gas onshore expansion project phase II (RGX2).

 

   WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AS SAMRA – Jordan

Within the context of the new plant’s construction:

  • Follow through of the planning and reporting to the Construction Manager;

  • Supervision for the preparation, prefabrication and erection of piping, mechanical and rotating equipment’s on site.

This EPC project is financed by USAID.

 

   PURIFICATION STATION (SIAAP) VALENTON - France

  •  Coordination and follow-up of the pipe working on the new purification station site;

  • Supervision and management of 3 foremen and 55 peoples including their mobilization and demobilization.

 

   CHEMICAL SITE INTEROR CALAIS - France

  • Supervision and coordination of the complete construction of a new purification station;

  • Supervision of the revamping works in the existing purification station.

 

   CHEMICAL SITE RHOM & HAAS CHAUNY - France

  • Supervision and coordination of the rehabilitation's works of the existing purification station;

  • Follow-up and coordination of the materials delivery;

  • Interface with the Client and Follow trough of the planning and reporting to the Company.

 

 

AUTOMOBILE SECTOR REFERENCES

 

   RENAULT FASA CAR MANUFACTORY VALLADOLID – Spain

  • Follow through of the filtration stations setting up;

  • Checking of the installation drawings;

  • Working out of the jobs descriptive, involvement in the negotiations and dealing with subcontractors. 

 

   PEUGEOT CAR MANUFACTORY (Centre de production de Mulhouse) - France

  • Supervision and coordination of the complete construction of the new conveyors and production lines for the vehicle 307;

  • Involvement in the new assembly line's creation;

  • Involvement in the negotiations and dealing with the subcontractors.
